How I can support you
Many of the women I work with come to me feeling exhausted, foggy, overwhelmed, or no longer like themselves.
Hot flushes, poor sleep, weight changes, anxiety and mood swings can make menopause and midlife feel unsettling. But this stage of life doesn’t have to mean simply coping or pushing through.
With the right support, it’s possible to feel clearer, calmer and more energised again.
At B-well Health, I take a whole-body approach to health and wellbeing. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look at what your body is really asking for, physically, emotionally and hormonally, so that change feels sustainable.
Much of my work now focuses on supporting women through menopause and midlife transition, beginning with a Midlife MOT, where we explore your symptoms, health history and current challenges and create a personalised plan forward.
I am also well known locally for my work in kinesiology and integrative wellbeing support, and many clients come to me knowing exactly what they would like help with. For this reason, I continue to offer individual wellbeing appointments tailored to stress, fatigue, emotional balance and general health concerns.
