Understanding Menopause...

There are over 36 symptoms associated with menopause, with some women experiencing many, while others have very few.  Recent research suggests that women in the UK tend to struggle more with menopause compared to those in countries like Japan and China. This indicates that menopause isn’t solely influenced by hormones but also by lifestyle choices.

Interestingly, studies show that women who are more sexually active may enter menopause later.

…can feel overwhelming and frustrating. You’ve tried different approaches, spent time and money, and yet, it still feels like there’s no clear path to relief. I’ve been where you are, and I understand how daunting it can be to find a solution that truly works.

When I began experiencing perimenopause about 10 years ago, I knew I wanted a natural approach. After years of taking synthetic hormones, the idea of relying on them again didn’t sit well with me. As a holistic health practitioner, I had a wealth of knowledge and tools at my disposal, but even with that, I found myself needing guidance.
