Understanding Midlife and Menopause...

Midlife is often associated with menopause, but it is much more than a hormonal shift. It’s a time when changes in mood, energy, sleep and emotional wellbeing can all come to the surface.

While menopause is often defined by a list of symptoms, every woman’s experience is different. Some women experience very few symptoms, while others feel a real impact on their day to day life. Research suggests that factors such as lifestyle, stress and overall health play a significant role in how this stage is experienced and it’s not driven by hormones alone.

This is why a more personalised, whole-person approach is so important, looking beyond symptoms to understand what your body needs to feel more balanced, resilient and supported.

In my own experience…

…I worked with a range of trusted practitioners including kinesiology, homeopathy and other natural therapies, all of which supported me in different ways, both physically and emotionally.

What I realised over time was how valuable it would have been to have everything brought together in one place. A more joined up, personalised approach without the need to keep searching, repeating my story or trying to piece it all together alone.
